Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develops and implements product quality programs. Oversees ingredient and product sampling, performs quality measurements and prepares analysis for products to ensure compliance with all quality criteria.
  • Conducts research and related studies on new developments pertinent to Quality Control activities.
  • Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the instruments, as well as the whole laboratory, to ensure the validity in its operations.
  • Responsible and takes precautions in handling toxic substances.
  • Ensures that Safety Regulations, Good Laboratory Practices, & ISO requirements are strictly followed in facilitating his/her responsibilities.
  • Performs routine physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, finished goods, and returned goods stocks; responds to related / special requests for the conduct of laboratory analysis from internal customers.
  • Keeps and maintains assigned laboratory work area in good order, observing 5S and observing recommended laboratory safety procedures.
  • Participates in the review, evaluation and updating of the laboratory’s quality system and processes, including review of standard test methods, sampling procedures, calibration and preventive maintenance plan.
  • Provides correct disposition of raw materials for production use according to raw material acceptance specifications and quality parameters.
  • Provides correct disposition of finished feed products for market release according to finished feeds quality specifications.
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison officer for pet food brands and cooperates with, but not limited to, pet shop owners, supermarket leasing officers, village association officers and the like.
  • Keeps records of and monitors Jetbest swine and poultry operations
  • Recommends action to be taken on issues regarding farm operations
  • Monitoring of stocks and inventory of farm supplies
  • Spearheads Experimental Farm projects such as, but not limited to, feed trials, aqua study, product testing and the like
  • Ensure implementation of programs for swine and poultry
  • Recommend Health Management Programs subject for review and approval of authorities
  • Use specialization in animal production, nutrition and farm management swine, poultry and/or kennels
  • Regularly communicates issues and progress to immediate head
  • Responsible for diagnosing the medical condition of animals and administer correct treatment.
  • Examining animals and checking their health status
  • Conducts regular visits farms, pet clinics, dealers/mega dealers and distributors in the area
  • Performs any other functions that may be assigned from time to time

  • Conducts feasibility studies and examines the risks and potentials of a business opportunity
  • Builds market position by identifying zones, developing business relationships and defining the terms for business requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create new channels for the business
  • Drive overall sales growth through newly established channels
  • Explore and develop other channels which can carry the pet food products and other retail-based products
  • Coordinates and organizes all requirements (internal and external) needed to open new accounts
  • Develop and maintain channel partners and potential clients
  • Executes in-channel programs, marketing, merchandising and distribution strategies that will achieve business objectives and maximize operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing plans and strategies in line with the company’s objectives and sales targets across different channels and segments.
  • Evaluates and optimizes marketing and pricing strategies for each brand, product categories, and SKUs.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Monitors and analyzes monthly Sales volume and implementation of marketing activities to build brand equity and ensure profitability
  • Develop strategies on how to increases brand awareness, market share and customer retention.
  • Manages the department’s budget and allocation
  • Recommends plans & programs for Brand, Retail, Trade, Digital and Visual Marketing and manages each unit to ensure the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Ensures smooth coordination between each unit and across all departments working hand-in-hand with Marketing
  • Overseeing trade, branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns including participation in industry-related events and activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the administrative and operational activities of occupational health services
  • Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations
  • Responsible for securing and developing all records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health services
  • Collaborate with outside resources for program development, such as healthcare providers, third-party administrators, legal advisors, medical director, regulatory agencies, etc.
  • Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines
  • Guide and direct all referrals to outside healthcare providers and services
  • Provide or manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirement; such as OSHA, DOLE, etc.
  • Train and lead ergonomic team to assess jobs and provide input regarding ergonomic improvements.
  • Administer the company’s Drug-Free Workplace Program.
  • Assist with the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis of all incidents and near misses.
  • Manage all cases to facilitate productivity, assuring appropriate care and return to work
  • Initiates on processing and provide documentation for workers’ compensation, short- and long-term disability cases
  • Assess healthcare needs, then implement and manage healthcare programs to improve health and facilitate return to work, maintain OSHA records/reports and worker medical files
  • Assist departments with identifying, evaluating, and implementing accommodations and return to work options for workers with restricted duty.
  • Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety, Operations, and Human Resources to develop operations, programs, and services by providing content expertise.
  • Contribute in the design of controls for injury prevention and health surveillance related to actual and potential hazards in the work environment.
  • Coordinate with Red Cross concerns such as but not limited to training of First Aids and other related functions.
  • Identify primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention and health promotion strategies to optimize health of the population.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for promoting environmental protection and occupational safety and health initiatives through establishment of EHS programs to prevent occupational related injuries & illnesses, company property losses, environmental and regulatory non-compliance. 
  • Spearheads the establishment, implementation and continual improvement of Safety and Environmental Management Systems mandated by the Company.
  • Monitors the Plant’s compliance with applicable legal and other requirements and tracks the implementation of action plans to improve regulatory compliance.
  • Prepares and submits applicable regulatory reports and other reports mandated by the Company.
  • Coordination with Admin for the compliance to the regulatory requirements and legislations of DOLE and DENR in relation to the implementation of EHS
  • Ensure that the company’s identified Environmental Aspects, Impacts, Risks & Opportunities are effectively managed and it’s EHS Policy & Requirements are communicated to all stakeholders
  • Ensure a safe & healthful workplace for all by fully supporting the enforcement of guidelines & procedures, implementation of appropriate controls and preventive measures as well as other relevant programs and initiatives
  • Implement programs and processes in alignment with the environmental health and safety regulatory of government, International Standard Organization (ISO) management system and corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure program and activities for environmental, health and safety are communicated properly to promote safety awareness of workers to everyday task.
  • Performs other functions from time to time as needed by Operations.
