Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares production schedule  of all lines.
  • Summarize causes of damaged feed bags weekly
  • Generate monthly report of total production and withdrawal of FG
  • Monitors aging of non-moving premixes, raw material and finished goods.
  • Compare daily physical finished goods inventory count versus theoretical inventory
  • Prepare daily inventory report of finished goods both JS and BS
  • Forward FG inventory report to sales support staff and invoicing departments
  • Update inventory of RM and packaging materials both JS and BS
  • Prepares requisition of RM and packaging material base on days to last
  • Prepares Payment request for loading and unloading of finished goods and RM.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventories 
  • Ensures the Completeness of Records including receipt, sales, transfer and withdrawals both manual and based on ERP
  • Receives Job Order Request
  • Attends to monthly inventories and suggest plans to improve processes
  • Prepare  receiving report
  • Coordinate with other departments to a more accurate planning schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison officer for pet food brands and cooperates with, but not limited to, pet shop owners, supermarket leasing officers, village association officers and the like.
  • Keeps records of and monitors Jetbest swine and poultry operations
  • Recommends action to be taken on issues regarding farm operations
  • Monitoring of stocks and inventory of farm supplies
  • Spearheads Experimental Farm projects such as, but not limited to, feed trials, aqua study, product testing and the like
  • Ensure implementation of programs for swine and poultry
  • Recommend Health Management Programs subject for review and approval of authorities
  • Use specialization in animal production, nutrition and farm management swine, poultry and/or kennels
  • Regularly communicates issues and progress to immediate head
  • Responsible for diagnosing the medical condition of animals and administer correct treatment.
  • Examining animals and checking their health status
  • Conducts regular visits farms, pet clinics, dealers/mega-dealers and distributors in the area
  • Performs any other functions that may be assigned from time to time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures results of the highest quality in real time adhering to safety and compliance to rules and regulations.
  • Accounts for the reliability of laboratory documents and maintains an accurate documentation system.
  • Creates systems to monitor data quality and performance, reviewing any abnormal results to find the root of the irregularity.
  • Implements work safety procedures and recommend improvement to work procedures, methods and forms as may be necessary.
  • Prepares reports including special studies, monthly activity reports and RM and Finished Goods Assessment Report.
  • Works with suppliers, on test methods, results and standards.
  • Serve as the company representative during all lab audits, assisting auditors with any inquiries.
  • Completes quality assurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Chemistry
  • Must be a registered/Licensed chemist
  • Knowledgeable in ISO, GLP, GMP and HACCP
  • Proficiency with computers and scientific equipment

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meets or exceeds mutually agreed upon sales volumes and targets. 
  • Opens new customer accounts and maintains existing customers.
  • Conducts visits to customers on a regular basis.
  • Attends sales meetings and follows Sales Meeting Ground Rules.
  • Participates in any project or activity that may be assigned by the Regional Sales Supervisor.
  • Implements any program that may be required by the Management.
  • Ensures that the company’s animal health products and advertising materials are displayed conspicuously in dealer’s stores.
  • Together with dealers, plans and implements various activities geared towards increasing market coverage, brand/product awareness and improving sales volume.
  • Maintains harmonious relationships with customers that will be beneficial to both parties.
  • Prepares reports and documents as may be required.
  • Provides feedback to Management regarding market condition, competition and product performance.
  • Facilitates credit processing of customers and prepares recommendations as may be necessary.
  • Collects customer payments, issues receipts and remits the same to the Cashier.
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Agriculture major in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine
  • Knowledgeable on swine/poultry farm management, an advantage.
  • Knowledge on distribution, inventory management, territory management.
