What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales targets by developing new customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits. Participates in sales meetings, implements company programs, and supports projects assigned by the Regional Sales Supervisor. Ensures effective product visibility and works closely with dealers to increase market coverage, brand awareness, and sales performance. Prepares required reports, provides feedback on market conditions and competition, and assists in credit processing. Also handles payment collection and remittance while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business Administration course; preferably BS Agriculture major in Animal Science
  • With previous sales experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with distribution, inventory, and territory management
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates leadership capabilities

Job Description (What You Will Be Doing):

  • Executes production schedules in compliance with quality standards while maintaining strict confidentiality of feed formulations. 
  • Ensures accurate encoding of formulation details and efficiently operates batching, grinding, mixing, and bagging processes. 
  • Monitors inventory to maintain sufficient material levels and strictly follows established procedures and protocols. 
  • Completes and submits all required reports on time, records daily activities in logbooks, and performs housekeeping to maintain a clean work environment. 
  • Adheres to safety protocols and proper use of PPE, and conducts monthly checks to verify the accuracy of weighing equipment. 

Qualifications:

  • Technical/Vocational Graduate, but preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or a related course 
  • 1–2 years of experience in a feed mill or manufacturing setting 
  • Experienced in operating an automated batching system 
  • Experience with inventory management 
  • Computer literate

Job Description (What You Will Be Doing):

  • Responsible for operating and monitoring the pelleting process to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. 
  • Maintains equipment performance through routine inspections and basic maintenance. 
  • Ensures compliance with operational procedures. 
  • Completes required reports and records. 
  • Promptly reports machine issues to support efficient and uninterrupted operations. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in feed mill, pelleting, or manufacturing operations preferred. 
  • Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment. 
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and safety procedures. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence. 
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment. 
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, extended hours, and overtime when required. 
  • Basic computer literacy is an advantage.

Job Description (What You Will Be Doing):

A Production Analyst monitors and analyzes production processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy, prepares reports, and identifies areas for improvement. The role involves coordinating with different teams, validating production data, and supporting planning and process optimization. Candidates should have a relevant degree, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel or data tools, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field 
  • Experience in production or data analysis is an advantage 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools 
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus 
  • Good communication and coordination skills 
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Description (What You Will Be Doing):

  • Responsible for interpreting electrical schematics, maintaining and repairing electrical systems and components, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations. 
  • Duties include responding to machine breakdowns, completing maintenance work orders, monitoring equipment performance, assisting in production equipment changeovers, and supporting fabrication and special projects while following standard operating procedures and safety standards. 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electrical Technology or a related course 
  • Knowledgeable in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting 
  • Able to read electrical diagrams and schematics 
  • Familiar with preventive maintenance and machine repair 
  • Knowledgeable in electrical safety standards and SOPs 
  • Skilled in motor control installation and troubleshooting 
  • With basic knowledge of VFD, soft starters, pneumatics, sensors, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting 
  • TESDA/NC II certification is an advantage

Job Description (What You Will Be Doing):

  • Experienced in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery through preventive and corrective maintenance. 
  • Skilled in diagnosing equipment faults, performing mechanical repairs, monitoring machine performance, and optimizing equipment efficiency. 
  • Works closely with maintenance teams and machine operators to minimize downtime and support production operations. 
  • Committed to workplace safety, proper tool handling, accurate maintenance documentation, and adherence to standard operating procedures. 
  • Capable of assisting with fabrication work, equipment changeovers, and electrical maintenance support when required. 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor in Industrial Technology major in Mechanical Engineering Technology with NC II 
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician and Fabricator in a manufacturing plant or feed mill 
  • Knowledge in welding, cutting, equipment, and machine repair 
  • Knowledge in fabrication, troubleshooting, gearbox repair, and bearing replacement 
  • Basic knowledge of forklifts and PMS (Preventive Maintenance System) 

Job Description (What You Will Be Doing):

  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service by attending to customer needs and ensuring satisfaction. 
  • Handles sales transactions and payment processing using the EPICOR system while maintaining accurate records such as Sales Invoices (SI), Official Receipts (OR), and Daily Cashier’s Reports (DCR). 
  • Oversees stock deliveries, monitors inventory accuracy through daily physical counts, and ensures product availability. 
  • Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the store. 
  • Prepares necessary reports and performs other assigned duties as needed. 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course or with equivalent experience. 
  • Good customer service and communication skills. 
  • Knowledgeable in cashiering, inventory management, and sales transactions. 
  • Familiarity with the EPICOR system is an advantage. 
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in handling cash and records. 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 
  • Trustworthy, responsible, and willing to learn. 
  • Can work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required. 
  • Willing to be assigned in Tuy, Batangas or Lian.
