Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meets or exceeds mutually agreed upon sales volumes and targets.
  • Opens new customer accounts and maintains existing customers.
  • Conducts visits to customers on a regular basis.
  • Attends sales meeting and follows Sales Meeting Ground Rules.
  • Participates in any project or activity that may be assigned by the Regional Sales Supervisor.
  • Implements any program that may be required by the Management.
  • Ensures that the company’s animal health products and advertising materials are displayed conspicuously in dealer’s stores.
  • Together with dealers, plans and implements various activities geared towards increasing market coverage, brand/product awareness and improving sales volume.
  • Maintains harmonious relationship with customers that will be beneficial to both parties.
  • Prepares reports and documents as may be required.
  • Provides feedback to Management regarding market condition, competition and product performance.
  • Facilitates credit processing of customers and prepares recommendations as may be necessary.
  • Collects customer payments, issues receipts and remits the same to the Cashier.
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

    • Graduate of BS Agriculture major in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine
    • Knowledgeable on swine/poultry farm management, an advantage.
    • Knowledge on distribution, inventory management, territory management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures results of the highest quality in real time adhering to safety and compliance to rules and regulations.
  • Accounts for the reliability of laboratory documents and maintains an accurate documentation system.
  • Creates systems to monitor data quality and performance, reviewing any abnormal results to find the root of the irregularity.
  • Implements work safety procedures and recommend improvement to work procedures, methods and forms as may be necessary.
  • Prepares reports including special studies, monthly activity reports and RM and Finished Goods Assessment Report.
  • Works with suppliers, on test methods, results and standards.
  • Serve as the company representative during all lab audits, assisting auditors with any inquiries.
  • Completes quality assurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Chemistry
  • Must be a registered/Licensed chemist
  • Knowledgeable in ISO, GLP, GMP and HACCP
  • Proficiency with computers and scientific equipment
