Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages all major trade shows and external events for the organization
- Initiates, plans and executes well-studied event programs in various areas where the brands are present
- Sets, communicates and maintains project timelines priorities
- Develops contacts to secure appropriate and good-value deals especially in terms of venue, sponsorship and other logistics
- Delivers events on time and within budget
- Conducts market research to find out answers about consumer trends, requirements and habits
- Responsible for day-to-day operational and events management
- Supports the strategic planning and creative development of event initiatives, proactively managing all event needs from branding, design and venue selection to program flow and event execution
- Develops and manages planning tools, i.e., budget tracking, project timeline, production schedule, event specs, meeting agendas, contracts, etc.
- Develops event operational standards, policies and procedures
- Tracks and evaluates budget costs
- Oversees event production and coordination with brand specialist and creative including managing program flow, registration, space requirements, on-the-day needs, attendees, communications, A/V, production, booth design, décor, signage plans and creating event briefs
- Creates network within the (events and animal) industry
- Coordinates and closes deals with external partners, vendors and sponsors to ensure high and efficient turnout of events (eg. LGU, participating companies, venue partners, other suppliers, etc.)
- Partners with other event organizing groups within and outside the industry
- Works hand in hand with sales and marketing to ensure stakeholder support
- Works with Visual Marketing to ensure events are incorporated in social media strategy
- Evaluates through reports outlining results and recommend opportunities for improvement
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Marketing, Management or other business-related course
- Knowledgeable on Marketing concepts and Retail Management
- Proficient on MS Office Application

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
- Calibrating and adjusting electrical systems and components
- Performing routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components.
- Attend maintenance work orders.
- Accomplishes notice of machine breakdown
- Ensuring the electrical system and components meet safety standards
- Installing, repairing and maintaining electrical wiring and components
- Regular monitoring and logging of equipment behavior during operations and scheduled shut downs
- Attend to maintenance activities during machine breakdowns as may be required to restore operation
- Follow standard operating procedure
- Attend to fabrication request and other special projects as may be requested and assigned
- Assist machine operators on production equipment change overs (i.e.screen sieves and die charging)
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Technician
- At least 2 years’ experience as Industrial Maintenance Technician in Manufacturing Plant or Feed Mill
- With broad knowledge in motor control installation and troubleshooting
- With basic knowledge in VFD, Soft start, Pneumatics, Sensors and Hydraulic Installation and troubleshooting
- With basic knowledge in PLC
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting faulty machinery and diagnosing the root cause of the malfunction using diagnostic tools and problem-solving abilities.
- Conducts mechanical repair of all machineries. Install, repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
- Collaborating with other maintenance technicians to solve the complex mechanical issues.
- Keeping an organized daily log of all machines and repairs.
- Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Regular monitoring and logging of equipment behavior during operation and scheduled shut-downs.
- Attend maintenance activities during machine breakdowns as may be required to restore operation.
- Follow standard operating procedures.
- Attend fabrication requests, work order and other special projects as may be requested and assigned.
- Assist machine operators on production equipment change-overs (i.e. screen sieves and die changing.).
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Proper use and safe keeping of electrical and mechanical tools.
- Assist electrical maintenance technician when necessary.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor in Industrial Technology Major in Mechanical Engineering Technology with NCII
- At least 2 years above experience as mechanical maintenance technician and fabricator in manufacturing plant or feed mill
- Knowledge in welding, cutting, equipment and machine repair.
- Knowledge in fabrication, troubleshooting, repair gearboxes and replacement of bearings
- Basic knowledge of forklifts and PMS
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure results of the highest quality in real time adhering to safety and compliance to rules and regulations
- Accounts for the reliability of laboratory documents and maintains an accurate documentation system
- Creates system to monitor data quality and performance, reviewing any abnormal results to find the root of the irregularity
- Implements work safety procedure and recommend improvement to work procedures, methods and forms as may be necessary.
- Prepares reports including for special studies, monthly activity reports and RM and finished goods assessment report.
- works with suppliers, on test medicine, results and standards.
- Serve as the company representative during all lab audits, assisting auditors with any inquiries
- Completes quality assurance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Chemistry
- Must be a registered/Licensed chemist
- Knowledgeable in ISO, GLP, GMP and HACCP
- Proficiency with computers and scientific equipment
