Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Design marketing materials including flyers, posters, digital graphics, and merchandising collaterals to support brand initiatives.
    • Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to fulfill various graphic requirements on time.
    • Assist in preparing layouts for promo presenters and sales/retail promotional posters.
    • Ensure that visual outputs meet the Trade Marketing team’s needs for store and dealer display requirements.
    • Organize and update digital asset libraries, maintaining an orderly archive of design files and templates.
    • Help ensure consistency in visual branding across all marketing platforms and collaterals.
    • Edit short brand-related videos for digital campaigns and social media.
    • Support projects for company affiliates as needed.
    • Perform other visual design tasks as assigned by the Visual Marketing Head.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitors each line processing and recommends the appropriate schedule of rations considering the projected volume and urgent requirements
  • Ensures that raw materials are properly handled from receiving up to processing
  • Randomly checks the products’ packaging, palletizing and stacking if processes meets the requirements
  • Knows how to discuss and cascade feed milling, food processing, extrusion and safety standards.
  • Conducts periodic study of the plant’s profitability
  • Explores cost efficient procedures without compromising product quality and employees’ safety
  • Works hand in hand with other department heads to discuss concerns and provide solutions to line problems, quality issues and temporary manpower requirements in the production line.
  • Prompts the pest control officer and pollution control officer to deliver results, as applicable
  • Inspects maintenance works and require the checklist of preventive maintenance and history of machine breakdowns prior to recommendation of new schedules.
  • Oversees the use of computer applications for Feeds Manufacturing
  • Audit the overall plant management based on the set KPIs and annual OGSM
  • Acts as a member of the Mock Recall and Recall Team together with the PSQC Officer
  • Conducts/Attends coordination meetings to address issues, concerns and schedules, regular weekly meeting for plant personnel and occasional meetings with clients and suppliers
  • Rates supervisor/s and direct staff during semi-annual Performance Review and probationary period.
  • Evaluates and determines the training needs of employees (through Training Needs Analysis) and implement effective cross training program.
  • Ensure compliance to government bodies on environment, labor, and fire and report any unsafe act/conditions in the workplace and ensure safety practices are adhered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Meets or exceeds mutually agreed upon sales volumes and targets. 
    • Opens new customer accounts and maintains existing customers.
    • Conducts visits to customers on a regular basis.
    • Attends sales meetings and follows Sales Meeting Ground Rules.
    • Participates in any project or activity that may be assigned by the Regional Sales Supervisor.
    • Implements any program that may be required by the Management.
    • Ensures that the company’s animal health products and advertising materials are displayed conspicuously in dealer’s stores.
    • Together with dealers, plans and implements various activities geared towards increasing market coverage, brand/product awareness and improving sales volume.
    • Maintains harmonious relationship with customers that will be beneficial to both parties.
    • Prepares reports and documents as may be required.
    • Provides feedback to Management regarding market condition, competition and product performance.
    • Facilitates credit processing of customers and prepares recommendations as may be necessary.
    • Collects customer payments, issues receipts and remits the same to the Cashier.
    • Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. Knowledge 
    • Graduate of BS Agriculture major in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine
    • Knowledgeable on swine/poultry farm management, an advantage.  
    • Knowledge on distribution, inventory management, territory management

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manages all major trade shows and external events for the organization
    • Initiates, plans and executes well-studied event programs in various areas where the brands are present
    • Sets, communicates and maintains project timelines priorities
    • Develops contacts to secure appropriate and good-value deals especially in terms of venue, sponsorship and other logistics
    • Delivers events on time and within budget
    • Conducts market research to find out answers about consumer trends, requirements and habits
    • Responsible for day-to-day operational and events management
    • Supports the strategic planning and creative development of event initiatives, proactively managing all event needs from branding, design and venue selection to program flow and event execution
    • Develops and manages planning tools, i.e., budget tracking, project timeline, production schedule, event specs, meeting agendas, contracts, etc.
    • Develops event operational standards, policies and procedures
    • Tracks and evaluates budget costs 
    • Oversees event production and coordination with brand specialist and creative including managing program flow, registration, space requirements, on-the-day needs, attendees, communications, A/V, production, booth design, décor, signage plans and creating event briefs
    • Creates network within the (events and animal) industry
    • Coordinates and closes deals with external partners, vendors and sponsors to ensure high and efficient turnout of events (eg. LGU, participating companies, venue partners, other suppliers, etc.)
    • Partners with other event organizing groups within and outside the industry
    • Works hand in hand with sales and marketing to ensure stakeholder support
    • Works with Visual Marketing to ensure events are incorporated in social media strategy
    • Evaluates through reports outlining results and recommend opportunities for improvement

Job Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares merchandising guidelines such as but not limited to merchant presentations, visual set-ups, promotional pricing and seasonal marketing.
  • Coordinates with Store Operation Officers for the implementation of merchandising guidelines.
  • Conduct retail store visits to monitor the implementation of merchandising programs to dealers, mega dealers and distributors. 
  • Performs any other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
